We plan on driving the truck on the Million Dollar Highway 15 mph to Ouray then to Silverton and taking a bus to Durango and then spending the night in Durango then coming back to Silverton on the train through the mountains.

COLORADO IS BEAUTIFUL
We were following the Animas River all the way. It means "river of souls".
The coal fired steam engine was built in 1925 it used 10,000 gallons of water and 5 tons of coal on this trip. It is a narrow gauge track 3 ft. wide. We rocked and rolled, but it was a comfortable ride. We would do it again. The Million Dollar Highway was WOW!!!
